Whether it’s a suggestion, compliment, or concern, we encourage all patients to share their experiences so we can ensure the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
Patients are encouraged to share their thoughts or concerns directly with any member of the dental team. This can be done verbally, via email, by filling out a feedback form available at the reception, or through our website’s contact page.
Once feedback is received, it will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Simple issues may be addressed immediately by the team member or practice manager. For concerns requiring further review, a more detailed investigation will be conducted.
If a patient is not satisfied with the initial response, or if the matter is more serious, it will be escalated to senior management or a designated complaints officer. The case will then be reviewed thoroughly, and the patient will receive a formal response within 10 working days.
If the patient remains dissatisfied after all internal steps have been followed, they may contact an independent body such as the Dental Complaints Service (DCS) or the General Dental Council (GDC) for further support.
All feedback and complaints are handled in a confidential manner. Comprehensive records are maintained and reviewed regularly to identify trends and implement improvements.
